If your users regularly visit a domain that you know to be safe in terms of your organisations internet policy, you should add that domain to the URL Whitelist. By doing so, you circumvent the requirement for WebSure to inspect the request and / or response data.
This can be achieved by logging into the WebSure administration interface and navigating to:
- Request Filters
- Custom URL Filters
Then adding the domain to the the relevant WHITELIST filter.
For example, if your users regularly visited the BBC website and your organisation considers this acceptable internet usage, you would add a line to the WHITELIST as:
bbc.co.uk
Then click 'Save'.
You can configure as many Whitelist as you require.
